Another fantastic routine! I was doing this routine, just now, in face, and my cat, yes, my CAT, was rolling slowly on the floor near me! Apparently she enjoys it as much as I do! I really love how these are so nice and low impact that even a "young 63 year old" like me can do these with ease! The Tibetan breath was interesting Touch For Health does a Tibetan figure 8 over the body with the breath tracing with your hands from left shoulder to right hip over to left hip up to right shoulder and repeat about nine times and then reverse. Inhale at the left shoulder exhale down right hip inhale over to left hip and exhale as you go up to right shoulder. Been doing it since 1980 still pretty active at 88. You are a great teacher never pushy always caring and have increased your skills over the years. Love your new 5 day routine with routine 5 premiering today your time across the pond.

and when making an effort, how to breathe? when walking?
