A "Major" goes back into Service!! Coleman 236 Major Lantern.

I got my first 236 a couple months ago, 3/54. Really big, bright, and mighty lanterns!

Probably has bug residue in the air tubes. I see fire outside the mantle which means the fuel air mixture is not right on the major. Nice lanterns.

Mica is a Natural Glass like material that clear and handles heat. Search mica glass and that will help explain it
