How do you swap the side clips over? Ive got new sensors but they dont come with plastic clip its really difficult to remove . Any ideas?

I've got a 425 too. I got mine from a flea market for $5.00 your's is way nicer. It does the job and it outperforms a lot of the cheap butane stoves I have seen at the campground.

The sensors are glued in or intergeral and they dont come out.. i have not tried either.. this was a 1 time car fix we did.. i see about 3 mercedes vehicles per year

Can you take off the sensors or this is impossible? How do you do this if possible? Thanks.

Great video, my friend. I think you're on the right track for sure. I bet if you took a rag dampened with denatured alcohol and rubbed down the dark one while it was still wet, it would have lightened up quite a bit. Thanks for sharing, and God bless.

You can always install a lock collar on the return ram rod so you are able to adjust it. That way the ram doesn't always have to travel all the way back. That way you're not twiddleing your thumbs waiting for the ram to start pushing the wood thru.
