I live in America and I think you guys might underestimate the appeal of Karl. There’s already a bunch of reaction channels reacting to full episodes of Idiot abroad on TH-cam. Karl is amazing

To be fair theres reaction channels reacting to anything nowadays, also they jusy copy eachother. There's almost no real reaction channels like the office blokes.

Please do more of these. King Karl is the only “celebrity” I’d love to go for a pint and a chat with. He with Ricky and Stephen on XFM and the podcasts literally got me through school and uni etc.
The XFM shows are the best. I could listen to those on constant repeat.
XFM shows were legendary. Even looped through the series so many times that I knew each line coming, they were still funny. I think one of the reason I didn't really like the animated show is because I could tell exactly what they cut out from each xfm show/podcast they used. A lot of the time they cut out my favourite parts - probably because they were the most offensive
The way Ricky knows how to set up Karl is just masterful.
Hands down, one of the funniest bits I have ever watched. As an American, I feel that this is the epitome of British humor.

I"m from Louisiana and a big fan of Karl. He is a comic genius. He is doing a bit, but it's presented so honestly as a genuine perspective that it's hard to tell. If you listen to the podcast closely, he is setting up his jokes. Especially in his diary.

Okay guys you have got my subscription. A great reaction. I have seen this Ricky and Karl vid many times and i love it. Ricky is my favourite stand up, and i've been a big Karl fan for about a decade.
I genuinely believe that Ricky really convinced Karl that they were making a pilot of an English language lesson series. The way Karl looks at the camera and repeats phrases and holds up 10 fingers! Because he knows the stunts that Ricky pulls on him, I’m sure he figured it out it wasn’t real later! When he said “they’re from a smellier place” it was from An Idiot Abroad! Ricky purposely made his trips unpleasant and at first he wast expecting it because one of the first hotels he stayed at, it was so bad that he asked whoever was with him “does Ricky know it’s this bad?” Of course Ricky knew it was that bad, he made sure of it!

I've never been able to enjoy tea, I don't know if I'm making it wrong (steeping to low or to short even though I follow what it says on the box) or if I'm getting the wrong brands but I've just never been able to enjoy it. Atleast without having to add milk/sweeteners

As an American, the idea that Karl lived 2 miles from you but has a different accent is incomprehesible.
I have a genuine accent-related question. Ricky pronounces bald as 'bold'. Is this a particular regional accent factor from Berkshire? I'm curious, as he's also got a trait of replacing the e in 'well' with an ay sound, which Australians from Victoria are starting to utilise (they state that their capital city is Malbourne, instead of Melbourne, and that people are walcome to come to Malbourne). Not saying that it drives me bonkers.....just asking.
