I'm in 8B and did a experiment with sunlight. I found that if given part sun they bloomed great but just later in the season. Casa Blanca was the variety & were in pots. The ones in full fun bloomed about a month earlier.
I am thinking of using these along a border. I have a place in full sun.

For me, I look for daylilies that have long scapes which hold the flowers Above leaves......such as Hyperion.

Daylilys are a poisones plant. I just found out and I netted my Daylilys.
