My parents ran their own business for over 25 years, and as a kid I remember watching them struggle with long time clients and price adjustments to reflect business costs, and I think I remember clients they lost for almost the same things (back then there was no texting, emails, websites). It's really hard to entrepreneur. You'll find what works for you, keep working and best of luck!

That reminds me of when i did my first in and out detail on a Honda pilot and told the customers it will only be 80$.But after i started cleaning and found out there was excessive dog hair i realized it should've been a 200$ plus job.😅

What she needed was just a PDI service commonly used for new condition vehicles and prepare for show floor.
This is to remove any hand prints and foot prints during the manufacturing and delivery process.
anything extra will be at an added cost (paint correction or mirror like polishing) ready for exhibition/shows.
Depending on the distance it might need first a deep wash heavy towards the front than the back.
I think $1100 is fair for a blind quote.
