This didn't look like any pallet I've ever used the nails are twisted and twice as long, the pallet wood has more defects, and it looks like it was dropped 10 foot as well as ran over by a clamp truck, fork truck, and tractor trailer then dragged over the gravel parking lot then over grease after an oil change. This looked like it just came out of the planer
I don't kno? It's kinda strange. Weird shape. What's the purpose of the rounded out areas? Why connect all 4? Like I said, I don't kno...? And , U can purchase brand new pallets.
Now repeat this with a real pallet! This pallet couldn’t carry a bucket of my poop let alone an actual, full real, pallet load. Have you tried dismissing a real pallet? Doesn’t look like it here! As is it can look good if you covered it with foam cloth and fabric then stapled the materials to it, most couch finiture look almost like that under the fabric. A 900usd couch looks like pallet wood under the fabric but the fasteners have to hold it togather The nails you used are too short. The corners have to be softer gaps should be filled in, staples and nails can't poke out. You could put arms on it and legs but they make chairs like that now.

I call bullshit. I literally used everything short of a damn block of C4 and no Pallet comes apart that easily.

The only pallets we get here are usually old rotting or have massive braided nails usually 4 or 5 per block.
