@@OrdinaryEnglishMum Yes….I used to come back every year when my mum was still alive…but since she passed not as much…. I was born and brought up in Scotland….but had a lovely Ordinary English Mum Laurien….who had the exact same accent as you have…. she was from Wisbech Cambs Bless❤️

Mind you, he must love sharing you and your family as well. I do just worry about the Victoria Sponge as i think it is fresh cream and could go off. Maybe you need to keep that one back for you and Curtis and the children. Those strawberry sundae cakes look delicious, as does the pineapple ones. He is going to be so touched at your kindness and generosity. Bet your mum is too. She must miss M&S. Is your stepdad English or American I wonder?😂
Hi Isaura, Lauriens mum here. He is American but he lived in the UK for over 12 years of his adult life and to hear him speak you'd think he was English, everyone over here is amazed that he's American lol 😅😅 I can't wait for him to see all this, Laurien is so kind 🎉❤
@@louisa8305 Gosh, how wonderful of you to reply, Lsurien's mum! I could tell that Laurien loved him deeply from the comments she made on her vlogs from the USA last summer. You have an extremely remarkable daughter in Laurien. Yes, she is kind but she is so much more too. A brilliant mother and wife, she puts her family first always, and us very creative too. Have you seen her cakes? We are so lucky to share a little into the life of her family on here. It is heartwarming to see that such families still exist today.
@isaura1275 Aww bless you! I have 7 children myself, Laurien was such an easy child, I've never really had any problems with her, no teenage fights or anything, she always loved playing with her dolls and I knew she'd be a sweet mama 😊
Yes! I have seen her amazing cakes and eaten them too, they taste as delicious as they look.

@@louisa8305 I just noticed i put that Laurien was UNremarkable when i meant remarkable of course! Apologies. Gosh, you had 7 children! Well done you. I think you did a wonderful, wonderful job of bringing up Laurien- she could not be more perfect. I only know she is close to her sister, not sure of her name and that Curtis and the children (as well as Laurien of course) adore Jack and he seems to know the children very well and is always treating them individually with things that they always love. The family had such a wonderful time with you and your husband, who Laurien said was terribly kind and generous to them. It was so lovely to see them all having such a marvellous time. How very well brought up their children are, each child has such a lovely personality and it is so endearing how they love their siblings. I see now that Laurien 's and Curtis ' parenting can be directly attributed to yourself, her father and her stepfather and it is clear that she loves you all very dearly. Lucky you, having tried her cakes! Aren't they magnificent? I am sure that she could make a great business from it, had she not have her hands so full. I love her videos and sharing a glimpse into her family life. Her's is the best channel on TH-cam I think. You should (and I know that you will be) be very, very proud of raising such a fine young woman who is beautiful, inside and out.

Thank you I didn't realise the cake was fresh it came packaged in their cupboard bag not a fridge bag but I think you're right which is a shame because I sent it to them same day so thats wasted 🙃 and we do all have a lovely relationship. Colton (my stepdad) is so lovely and kind and definitely deserves it he does so much for us.

@OrdinaryEnglishMum we have the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and maybe a caramel, but I am pretty sure that's all i have seen. I do love the Cadbury eggs that come out for Easter.

Hi Rebecca, I'm Lauriens mum ... YES! Usually everything arrives in absolutely perfect condition. Sometimes a box might be slightly crushed on the corners but the food is almost always in the best condition! Laurien is so kind and sweet and I am so grateful to have such a sweet daughter! ❤

It was £46 to send and did say delivery 27th but it isn't there yet it now says 1st...I posted on the 19th xx
