ఎందుకంటే కొన్ని సాధారణ విషయాలు గమనించండి వీడియో లో చెప్పినట్లు బేస్మెంట్ కి బదులు ఫుట్టింగ్, కాంక్రీట్ బెడ్ కి బదులు ఫింత్ బీంలు పైన హాఫ్ బీం కి బదులు పిల్లర్స్ ఇంటికి ఫుల్ భీం.
ఇక్కడ పిల్లర్స్ ఇంటికి ఎకువగ ఉన్నది కేవలం పిల్లెర్స్ మాత్రమే ఏదో రకంగా కొంచెం అటు ఇటుగా పిల్లర్స్ అంత ఖర్చు పెడుతున్నాం అలాంటపుడు పిల్లర్స్ తోనే కట్టుకోవడం మంచిది.
