Hello Catherine thank you for watching! What part of Florida? We just bought a short term rental in Pensacola. Colorado is pretty good when it comes to special needs in schools. We have family who has worked with special needs in Jefferson county and they say the program is a great one. We have a close friend who moved to Broomfield to take advantage of Boulder county schools and their program for her special needs son. Let us know if we can help with any Real Estate needs 😃
