GUYS! If you've changed your gamertag like I just did, one way to do it (If you're on Xbox One or higher) is to go to your xbox settings, system, storage devices, and clear local xbox 360 storage. It'll reboot the Xbox and you can then sign in within the game again.

When it says that you cannot login to Xbox live check if you have the gamepass. That worked for me !! Once I bought it I was able to play online especially on bo2 👍

You have to reset your whole console but can keep your games and it’ll logout all accounts so you’ll have to log back in and then you shouldn’t get that message

Doesn’t work for me. I’ve tried a lot of the situation ls that people have mentioned and I’ll describe my setup. We currently have 2x series s in the house with 2 main names game sharing like most. We got on mw2 with no issues but thought it would be great to use our old gamertags to have access. We have both of them on each Xbox. For whatever reason one of the names works but the other is getting this error code. We even sign in with it, when the game boots it says it’s on Xbox live, when going to multiplayer it shows progress of 575% but then the error message comes. Please help.
