Love this solution, both making your own ice bottles, as well as using freezer bags for drinks! I don’t have the money/desire to buy a fancy expensive cooler when I haven’t even been camping in years until now, thank you for showing these much more affordable options.

Good morning Kaila, great idea and used this idea when I worked in landscape. Cold drinks and kept lunch meats good and cold and never once got food poison!🤣 Hope you have an awesome weekend! Oh yeah! The faux brick wall turned out amazing!! Liked it so well, doing one of the bathroom walls today while hubby stains kitchen cabinets. One more thing go add to this awesome basic setup....put a blanket or a towel over your cooler.
Try to keep the cooler in the shade.

I didn't think about that but it is better plastics bottle than a bag of ice inside the ice holder bag it keeps the ice longer also not so much water mess. Thanks for the idea 💡

I collect ice packs for this reason. I use them for pain relief and coolers. They mold and don't leak water all over. They aren't that heavy either. I've used the 🍼 methods and I agree! They are awesome ideas!

i work 7am to 3:30 at my job, what would be best for someone who doesn’t like going into the lunchroom everytime which already waste 4 mins of my 15 min break getting there and having to wait for someone to be done with the microwave, ect.
i tried freezing a ziploc bag and in putting in another bag inside my backpack which works fine, except there seems to be problems with the ziploc bags because they keep popping somehow and it leaks throughout my whole backpack and it gets soaking wet. carrying a ice cooler isn’t a solution either as i will look like an idiot carrying it.
Yup, I was not a fan of going into the lunchroom either!
I'm thinking something along the lines of deconstructing one of those cooler bags, like the one from the video, then cutting and taping it to shape to line the inside of any ol' smaller bag. 🤔 I may actually have to attempt this in a video soon.
