I just got one off of Ali-Express. This is my test case for buying from them. It came well packed and looks just like the Aeromach (Arrow-Mok), but zero instructions. Glad I found this video. Look pretty easy once you know how. Thanks!
Awesome, Aeromach stopped making them shortly after I did this video. After ranting that the Scout market wasn’t buying enough stuff from him. 🤦♂️
I don't understand why heel-toe shifters aren't more common. Had a 2016 Indian Scout with one and I loved it.

Řazení patou jsem si dělal sám. Zadní páčku jsem vyrobil z 10mm Al pásku, přilícoval a ohnul k přední řadící páce, přivařil a provedl povrchovou úpravu. Celkem cca 4 hodiny .🔧
There is one thing I hate about Alen head bolts, the Alen wrenches never fit tight and your always stripping the heads. If you put blue threadlock on an Alen bolt you better heat the bolt up to soften the threadlock or you will just strip the head, especially with small Alen bolts.

It looks like the rear peg on your shifter will eventually scratch your engine cover, maybe not. I would keep an eye on it

What size washer I'm kit didn't come with?

I miss going from 2nd to 3rd a lot. Were you having the same problem? I'll even have the clutch lever pulled back all the way and shift the peg all way up and it doesn't shift!
The shoes are very cool, where did you get them?
The dealer. They were really thin and didn’t last long.

Are those the Kuryakyn mini-floorboards? I've been thinking of buying these and it's good to see them on the Scout.
Yes, but fair warning with the black ones. After one year the gloss black powdercoat had lost its gloss. Second year it had a white film over it making it look grey. Third year my feet have started to wear through the finish.
Kuryakyn told me to pound sand, they won’t warranty them.

After some riding with that new Heel/Toe Shifter, please let us know how you like it. Does it solve any bad habits or missed shifts?
Paul Sindelar I went on a 225 mile ride with it last weekend. It took some retraining to remember to use it, and I had some dyslexic shifting. Hehe, going down when I meant to go up, or vice versa. Just some learning curve. I can confirm it solved my miss shift problem. As one of the times I forgot I had it and I shifted up from 1st to 2nd, I missed 2nd. Which was a lot of why I got this thing. I didn't miss 2nd once while shifting with this. I'm able to give a solid downward press on up shifts and it really helps.
My scout bobber has the same problems with 2nd. I'm not very experienced but damn so much concentration has to be used on the 2nd gear or you end up lookin like a goof in traffic

Samantha Barton I have an Indian Motorcycle one that looks very much like the one the Indian factory flat track team wears. Red and black, matches the bike.

Samantha Barton Yeah, got some leather chaps. They’re great. If I were going with jeans, Tobacco Motorwear makes some Kevlar lines jeans. But they cost a lot more than my chaps.

Samantha Barton Levi’s is a brand. I recommend Tobacco Motorwear brand. Kevlar reinforced.
