This a real turning point for Martin. He assumes command all because he thinks that because he’s old he has great wisdom. When the mission goes wrong, he admits that he’s not a leader. That they need someone who is capable and there is only one person. Sara.
Uhhhh they were dealing with people from 1942. I find it funny when people call these guys Anti-Facist when they were all racist, misogynist, homophobic, and prejudice against just about everything. They'd be considered the furthest right wing people possible by modern internet standards. White Supremacists are the ones who fought the Nazis.
Commander Steel (Hank Heywood) should have been in Black Adam as a JSA Member for The DCEU id have him be a hardened patriotic American Superhero and a Vietnam Vet whos seen a lot of shit, has been through a lot, he has the metahuman ability to turn his skin into Steel (he would Also have his signature rifle as his weapon) he would also have his grandson Nathan Heywood living with him, and i would imply Nathan might have his Grandfather's steel powers in his DNA (Similar to Isaiah Bradley and Eli in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier), Andrew McCarthy would have been a cool casting choice Other JSA Members i would have loved to have seen in Black Adam were: Hourman, Dr. Mid-Nite, Stargirl, Jay Garrick, Hawkgirl, Red Tornado (Android) and Sandman (Wesley Dodds), they would have been cool to have seen alongside Hawkman, Dr.Fate, Atom-Smasher and Cyclone
2:19 - The moment that Legends went from a good show to a great show.

She has the most training and experience among all ot them. She was the only viable choice.
She's kind of good at making hard calls 😅
Thats why Rip chose her to lead and steer the ship if something happened to him back in S1
I'm still a little peeved that Sara's earned status as leader wasn't taken seriously until a man backed her up.

It wasn't a man, it was Stein, who already put himself in the position of leadership and is offering his support of Sara over him now
