jisoo has only guest starred in a 10 second clip in a kdrama in which she dies, but her new kdrama 'snowdrop' is coming out in april, where she is the main character. she actually enlisted into yg as an actress but was found to be more idol material by their former ceo, therefore she took the idol path

jisoo has a 4d personality and is a 'crackhead' which is a term used in maybe asia? i just realised i havent heard it being used this way in america ir the uk haha. but im from malaysia and we use crackhead as some one who tends to do weird funny things that makes people laugh easily, like jisoo balancing things on her shoulder and head all the time.
I've never heard of a 4D personality so that helps! And people do say 'crackhead' over here to refer to someone acting crazy ... but its usually always in the negative sense

Lisa is my bias and she's actually the best female K-pop dancer in Korea rn. Also, she is currently in a show as a mentor called "Youth with you" in china. It's a show for trainees and she's a dance mentor for the show! There are videos of her called "Mentor Lisa in a nutshell" if you want to react to them to get an idea of the show she's on. However, ever since she has been mentoring the trainees in China she gained so much respect from China and they love her mentoring. Lisa is very STRICT on the show so it was amazing seeing another side of her! Also, yea her dance films are amazing too. My fav ones are 3 and the very recent one she did "the movie". Hope u get to them soon. Each of them are pretty short so yea.

Please consider "Blackpink: A Journey to Friendship". I believe this is Blink approved and very moving. This video will give you the back story (some). While The "Unhelpful Guide"is a good guide, I feel this guide does not cover Jisoo as well. Jisoo is the youngest of her real family, but the eldest of Blackpink ( she's 26). This dichotomy of the fun loving youngest coupled with the cultural expectations of caring expected of the eldest ( member of Blackpink) is interesting and important to the interactions of the members. Jisoo is the "mood maker" and never cries in front of the other members, so as to keep them strong. Anyways, I think you'll like "Journey to Friendship".

my bias is jisoo! she's so funny and so caring to her members. crackhead also just means like acting silly or funny lol. and please try to react to "a crack guide to blackpink (2020)" by kil mixes. and btw, these guides do not give them justice really. i recommend watching "blackpink house." this series really showed a lot of their personalities.

*Jennie* definitely most versatile of the 4. She's good in rap, dance and sing. Not everyone love her, as many hate her, but everyone (esp in SK) knows her. She'sCHANEL official House Ambassador. SK dubbed her 'human chanel' as her style had influence many.
*Rosie* is definitely the most musically inclined. She confessed that she usually stay up til midnight playing piano while singing out loud that her fam confessed later after, that it was kinda hard for them. Thus, the dad encourage her for YG audition in 2012. She's YSL official Global Ambassador and the brand seems to appreciate her alot as they've been showering her with all kinds of gifts.
*Jisoo* is the most underrated one I must say. Her voice is unique and unapologetically moving, perfect for slower song imo. She's also the emotional pillar of the group. She has passion for acting and currently in the midst of Tv series shoot. She has the gorgeous face for SK (or East Asia) beauty standard, making her the visual of the group, and also DIOR's fashion & beauty Ambassador for SK.
*Lisa* is the baby (youngest) with mammoth popularity and influence. Her passion & skills for dancing is obvious and she's been dancing competitively since her early age. was named 'most beautiful face' in Asia by TC Candler as well as others. Her insta influence is amongst the top globally, peaking at #3 just below Queen B & Taylor Swift for music influencers(Hypeauditor). She's also the official Global Ambassador for CELINE, BVLGARI & MAC.

As a jisoo bias i'll answer some of your questions: Jisoo is the oldest but only by one year, as Jennie is only one year younger than Jisoo. Jisoo has been called "Miss Korea" because of her amazing visuals by both fans and the industry. Plastic surgeons in Korea have named Jisoo as the most beautiful idol because of her facial features, and has been called "Miss Asia" and the next Olivia Hussey by the fashion industry. Jisoo actually auditioned to be an actress at YG and even trained as such, but they thought she had so much potential as an idol so they actually debuted her as one instead (obviously). She's finally been able to go back to her main passion recently and has landed the Lead Role for an upcoming KDRAMA called Snowdrop, and it's already the No. 1 most anticipated drama for 2021. She's a member of Dior's House of Friends, an ambassador and muse for them, as well as Cartier and sometimes Burberry, and recently became the model for a Korean fashion brand called It Michaa. With reference to the "crackhead culture" she basically is the most outgoing of the group, and is really funny, she's been named the "queen of variety shows" because her personality shines.

the by far best and newest "blink approved" guide where you learn their background and history is "Light Up The Sky" on Netflix, the official blackpink documentary. You could watch it and share your thoughts on youtube afterwards. Besides that "A Journey to Friendship" although not really up to date. If you want to get them to know on a more personal level, there is no better way then watch on of their vlog series. "Blackpink House" shows their first "real" vacation and was the first (but is not safe for youtube reactions, so maybe something for patreon). "Blackpink Diaries" follows them on their 2019 world tour. Lots of behind the scenes and insights into their daily tour lifes. "24/365" is the newest, follows all the 2020 releases and has more variety show games and fun activities in them. I would suggest to start with Blackpink Diaries.

@@MikedieONE I'm not a fan of this fan made "guide". I find the added humor and editing style to be highly distracting and the content not very useful. I want to learn more about the girls not about the humor of the editor. If one of these "compilation" guides, then "Unhelpful Guide 2019" (not 2020) is still the best. "Journey and Friendship" is as a fanmade guide more informative and nothing beats the netflix documentation..
I love all of them , they have absolutely amazing personalities and are talented in their own way . The ability to work together and combine their talents makes blackpink what they are .

I really dont like The Revolution: A Story Of Blackpink by The Asian Theory, it downplayed Jisoo's role so much, excluding her from the multilingual talents when she is the member most proficient in Japanese, and not including her as a lead vocalist whose voice has been praised as being very unique. They literally said she debuted as the visual and eldest member, when she actually debuted as the visual and lead vocalist.

Their Netflix Documentary 'Light Up The Sky' covers their whole backstory, how they auditioned and trained in YG, how Blackpink was formed, etc. it's 70 min so it's a bit long but totally worth watching.

I love all 4 of them and respect each and everyone. Even without one member it is not blackpink. They all fullfil each other. My bias is Jisoo💜 the talented visual. Eventhough, I haven't met her or talked to her I know that she has the best personality. Almost all blinks know it, because there are lots of clips, videos of her being very kind-hearted, funny, caring etc. And also, recently, her high school classmates talked and described her that she was a very generous beautiful girl back then. You can see such moments in a video "Why we love Jisoo". In one sentence: Jisoo is a beauty inside and out❣👑👑

Well I think It's time for you to watch their netflix documentary- Blackpink: Light up the sky. This has backstory and even childhood pics and stories told by members themselves and it's really nice introduction documentary. I highly recommend. You could do a reaction/review too. And since it's more like directly them talking about it and not like an edited version of all the things they ever said, it'd feel more proper and sincere.

Their Netflix documentary "Light Up The Sky" is a good insight into their backstory and lives. It's too long a a reaction though but still an entertaining watch.
I think for what you are looking for you should definitely check out blackpink: journey and friendship it is a fanmade video that really delves deep into explaining the bond blackpink has not only with their fans but with each other it is really a heartwarming video and i would definitely recommend you watch that next
