Iman Shumpert: LeBron Memorizes Stats for Every Opponent He Plays (Flashback)

  • In this VladTV Flashback, Iman Shumpert started out by sharing a story about stepping to Carmelo his rookie year for not passing him the ball when he was open during a game. Iman explained that things got heated, but Carmelo explained to Iman that he worked on instances that were presented in the game, which Iman said he respected. Shumpert also talked about going to Cleveland and playing with LeBron, who Iman says has a huge basketball IQ, and feeling like he was a girl in between two friends. While speaking about LeBron's high basketball IG, Iman says LeBron knows all of his teams plays along with the opponents. Iman added that it's "crazy" how LeBron can get his whole team on the same page, which you can hear more about above.

It's called the triangle. It was phil jacksons lq that won all 6 championships. Lebron makes coaches. Phil jackson made Mike. every coach lebron played with has won a title because of him Mike could never win without phil. Every great player has a basketball lq including Mike. That's not what we are debating. What's up for debate is rather or not mike's lq is better than lebron's. and the answer is hell no. Before phil jackson mike's whole plan was give me the ball and get out of my way. Doug collins basically let Michael jordan do whatever he wanted all those 7 years we was the coach of the bulls and what did jordan do for those 7 years? He lost in the play offs and never even made it to the finals. You see why there is an argument to be made for lebron? It's because he's obviously a smarter basketball player than mj by far it's not even close. Lebron makes every player on the team better by using them like chess pieces and telling them what to do and they listen to him. And that's how lebron's team wins championships. Lol

Lebron plays basketball the same way life should be played, chess. You have to make the necessary moves, calculate your strategic objectives and some people may have to get sacrificed (not blood rituals I don't do illuminati pizza gate stuff I'm on Christ side) but in the end to win life is what matters

I remember a report asked Lebron after he had lost did he remember the play or what happened in the fourth. And he literally verbatim told last two minutes of what happened play by play from each side. What other team did offensively and defense and what his team did. What mistake where made and the report couldn’t believe it. You what hurts anybody in any type of competition or battle is underestimating or not knowing your opponent. When teams leave Ben Simmons or Draymond Green open for three’s they know 9 time out of 10 they are going to kick the ball out or drive to the hoop because no matter where they are on three point line they are not proficient three point shooters and most likely won’t make the shot so they can get the rebound. But if one or both of their 3 point proficiency went up defensive strategies would change because now you can’t leave them wide open for threes.
