Do I really need to buy a 100 EUR scale just to send my weight wirelessly? Why not allow everyone to do it through Flow like it was and for free? If this scale is so good you don't have to block "Balance" menu in Flow.
and if i dont have the watch?
I don't have a polar watch but I have a smart phone and the scale can I sync the scale to the app on my phone

Yes that is possible. I have Polar watch but I download actual weight from scale only by phone and Flow app. It is simple.
If the scale stops connecting with the app - change the batteries. I have used the scale, paired to my iPhone, for about 3 years. I weigh almost daily, without a problem (and the flow app synchs my latest weight to MyfitnessPal app, which is super useful to me). it stopped working last week, with no error message, so I went to this video (which is of no help at all). I changed the battery in the scale, and working as it was. My point is, there is no warning that the battery is getting low, and the first time you will know that is when the scale shuts down Bluetooth connections. The scales will appear to be working fine. there is no warning that the battery is getting too low for full function. Just change the battery (AAA 3x) and you should be good for another 3 years of morning weigh-ins.
