I have managed to instal the flow app but seeing as i am currently in Poland it only opens in Polish is there a way around this .I tried changing the language which for the watch itself is ok not a problem but on the app itself when trying to change things it will only do so in Polish

You have to set browser language to your language of choice.

Tons of problems plus that it doesn't have a fucking stopwatch! I could not imagine that a 200 eur sport watch don't have a stopwatch!
I'll not do the mistake to buy another Polar product ever again!
