Every Igbo man or woman that owns properties outside Igboland, mostly in Lagos and Abj need to sell them and relocate back home. Time is fast running out for you guys. A word is enough for the wise.
My father owns a commercial property that earns at least 12 million Naira yearly in Lagos. If I sell the property and move to probably Owerri, will I be able to make the same 12 million Naira yearly?
I don't think so.
I'll rather take the proceeds from that property and build a business in my town. We will produce in the east and sell across Nigeria.

You will make more in Owerii. I make more from my ten flats in Awka than what I make from my ten flats in Isolo Lagos. Land appreciate fast in the East. Investors should make East their industrial hub and export the products to other African Countries
When they sell their property in Abuja and Lagos and relocate to the East, then they will call you to feed them and their families. Some people don't rationalize their thoughts before commenting.

I have commented this so many times. Look at Uyo that was looking like a gloried town, is now a modern city after Godswill and Udom transformed it with the inclusion of 6 high rise structures at illuminates the city's skyline at night 🌙
Hi Jeff, good aerial view there. I suggest you get us another video showing different estates there using drone. I have property around there and haven't been opportuned to see neighboring estates. It will a good content if properly done. That is if you fly drone along the streets of the different estates hoping there's restrictions to do so. There are people who aren't in the country that will buy properties after viewing the locations of these estates😊

If the locations are planned , why don't the government construct the buildings with accurate plans and sell out the apartments instead selling lands and every one builds as he likes with bidonvilles everywhere.

Don't you think they should have a police checkpoint within the estate, the road is gonna be kinda lonely at night. Is just my opinion, the place is beautiful no doubt but how secured is this place bro?
There is a police station close by and also very heavy private security all around too.
