Good coverage and drone shots! Why don’t they give the house owners the choice of perfecting the purchase before demolishing? Ultimately, these plots would be resold and built on again.
Thank you, I hope ndi Igbo would now be satisfied by the fact that Yorubas were not tribalistic when demolision happened in Lagos. This is now happening in Enugu
'Involve the services of a property lawyer and professional realtor before you buy property." Very important.
The property company and government ministries did not stop the development at the early stage of construction should be made to pay for the losses. This is criminal negligence.
A real estate proximity... what's happening? ❤ Hence, those must be some illegal structures. ❤
I know this area very well, that road leads to Eke-otu. Not in Centenary City.
do you know what's it's mean to demolish one's house
That's the reason you shouldn't build your house on someone else's land. When the other get's court injunction your illegal house will be demolished or seized. The State government is not involved in this
Is Grand Omega city estate safe to invest in? Please i need your response
U go explain tire. They can never pull all centinary city down but it effected all since 2 or more buildings have pulled down. Dat means more building will soon go down.
No more buildings will go down.
The issue is being resolved, and the owners of the buildings are meeting with the proper land owners..
Enugu and Centenary City is safe for investors.
Hi Jeff can you do a video on Heliu estate. I am interested in that place.
@@rtdmyrs8030where is Heliu and what's the price range of plot there? Haven't lived at Enugu but just beginning to have interest in Enugu.
The State Govt only demolish uncompleted buildings outside the Gate of Centenary. Some Land Grabbers wanted to obstruct the ongoing master plan of the Estate.
Again, it’s a new law from FHA that all Uncompleted buildings must be fenced and gated.
@@chincherri It does not matter where it happens. The main thing is properties were destroyed and someone is responsible for it. State Govt denied the demolition.
People who are buying properties in Nigeria are having their house demolished.... No one can be trusted even the documentation cannot be trusted
@@JeffAnozie which source is the right source. Even buying from the government is no guarantee. The next administration can come into power and decide the properties are illegal and destroy them all it has already happened to people i know in Lagos and Abuja and now its moved to Enugu. Each to their own. Dont let Nigeria happen to you.
This is why you hire professionals who know what they are doing - Professional Property Lawyers and Realtors to investigate and be sure before you buy.
Is a pity for ndi igbo
We can understand if its igboland but once its lagos we wont understand..perfect hypocrisy
