    The drug users around our estate constantly shoplift from the stores around our area and I've seen these guys every day for years and nothing legally ever seems to happen to them and no stopping their activities or arrested, its all very strange indeed. I was in a queue in Iceland with three pensioner's in front of me (about 6 months ago) and two people walked in and cleared a couple of shelves of goods into bags and walked out nothing happened and cashier ignored it and i felt very sorry for those people in front of me paying for their goods and no one even spoke and just excepted it as normal(and yet these people delt with within days or weeks)

    During the first 'lockdown' when the bug was trying to be contained it was eid celebration in Manchester. There was video on then Twitter which showed a road in south Manchester that was absolutely jampacked with cultural enriching people. The police walked away saying if they attempted to disperse them there would be a riot.
