Its not automatic. The Federal (ATF) "rule" is that if a weapon fires 4 or more rounds per trigger pull its is considered full auto. A gatling requires an operator to continuously "operate" the action which is why this is legal.
Because an electric motor would make it an illegal machinegun under the National Firearms Act. A machinegun is classified as being able to fire more than one round per operation of the trigger.
Step 1: Buy a shitty beater van. Step 2: Build a swing-out cradle for a Modern Sporting Rifle of your choice. Step 3: Mount said Rifle in the cradle Step 4: Fix a milk crate to the floor beside the cradle and fill it with 100 round beta mags. Step 5: Put one of these cranks on the MSR. Step 6: Have fun.
sweet, but i would aim bigger, how bout a homemade cannon, really do some damage, i made one, put shotgun shot though a roadsign, a shotgun won't do that, so just imagine what that is doing
yeah but California laws are a bit more stringent, Gat Triggers are illegal there. Gat triggers contain no springs and are Federally accepted but illegal in California just like slide stocks. Again federally slide stocks are fine but not in the people's republic of California.
