Agreed!! I loved when Sarah Paulson shouted him out. One Tv queen to a Tv king. Winona Ryder is also one of my favorites since forever. I'm so grateful Stranger Things brought her back.
Hes easily my favorite performance out of the group tbh. They're all great, but he really sells the trauma and fear a boy would have after something like this.
I agree, I was not a fan of his performance at all in S4 but S2 he was great

Mike is such a good best friend in this season. Whenever he can't be with Will, he's calling Joyce to make sure he's okay. And whenever he can be with Will, he's always right by his side. He was one of the few who didn't give up on Will during S1 and now that he has him back, he's not letting him slip away again.
But man, Will is constantly just going through it with little time to rest. Poor boy. Surviving a horrible ordeal only to be targeted again the following year.
Sad as seasons pass, Mike becomes annoying at least to me
A good friend to Will specifically, but his attitude toward everyone else takes a nosedive.

I'll be honest. I don't understand any of the people who get mad at Mike in season 2(and expecially dont get those who get mad at him in season 3. Imo he did nothing wrong in season 3 and hopper and max were the ones in the wrong). Like, he's a teen and he's grieving the love of his life that "died" right in front of his eyes. Of course he's going to act irrational. He himself admitted that he feels like he's going crazy. He also admitted to max that he doesn't really hate her. Max definitely doesn't deserve to be treated how he treated her, but if you hate Mike for how he treated her, it makes me think you've never experienced grief
The entire cast in every season is incredible, but I feel like Noah Schnapp's performance in this season is hella underrated. Dude was WORKING them tear ducts 👏🏻
Poor El, she suffers so much with papa and she never learned how to manage her emotions and now with Hopper she has to learn how to be a normal kid, with powers haha. Also poor Will, give this boy a rest, he has been suffering with this all "upside down" thing and the creatures in there are torturing him since he got in.
This show manages so well D&D themes and how to incorporate them into the real world to explain what is going go in Hawkings. I will be waiting for your next reaction!

Mike was a jerk to Max because he was about Eleven but he was justified with keeping Max away from their meetings. They all signed NDA's with the Feds saying they couldn't talk about what happened to Will or Eleven. That's what went down when those dudes stopped Hopper. They don't know Eleven is still alive because Hopper hasn't told anyone. He has been lying to El about that.
Th scene with Jonathan and Nancy waiting in the park with the longest duck duck goose game gives me such extreme anxiety more than any scene in this show for some reason 😂😂

It's kinda funny how they come up with many ideas for them to be blood related siblings. But the easiest answer to the "now that we're family" hint is a step-sibling situation and they can't see it 🤣

This season is scary, season 3 is even more scary and season 4 is just down right horrifying, not only emotionally horrifying but also graphically horrifying pushing the limits several times of what Netflix was allowed to show. Episode 9 of this season may be my favorite episode in the series, especially at the end of the episode. From here on out is when Steve broke into my top 3 characters of the series behind El and Hopper.
I feel so bad for eleven and will, no matter what I still think el and will had and have the most trauma out of everyone. Eleven needs a real life like everyone else and will has it but can’t overcome the trauma and what’s happening now. El’s crying makes my heart break 😭

Okay so im watching you guys react to stranger things for the first time and i lowkey just clocked something (pun all the way intended).
At 27:29 there’s a double entendre. Yes the camera is flipping upside down, but if you take another look it looks like he’s a hand on a clock and when it gets to the midday point, the clock “strikes twelve” before it ends.
That has a lot to say about the fact that they’ve meticulously planned these seasons out and they already had season 4 written. Overall: amazing work, amazing plot, and amazing actors for stranger things. I cannot waiittttt to see what they do for season 5❤️

They almost recast the role of Will due to the demands of the acting for the character as oah had been cast in the first season more for his looks. Ut it turnes out Nosh is an heck if an acgot and he could pull off ehat was needed of him. It was good all the actors from the first season were kept for the next seasons.
