  • Over the last few years, rockets have gotten cheaper and satellites have gotten smaller. Because of this, SpaceX has started their new Rideshare program which allows smaller satellites to go to space for a much lower price. Interested in learning more about SpaceX's genius new satellite launcher? Stick around and enjoy!

@@CsehCsaba whew this is a load of bullshit to unpack
so, first of all, these small satellites are incapable of being used as "spy satellites" simply due to the fact that they're both too small and too close to the planet to be effective as surveillance.
      too small = terrible camera.
too close = terrible viewing (due to the movement of said satellite)
second, there's already tons of spy satellites in orbit. if you're afraid they're gonna see you jacking off through your window, believe me...they already can. they've been able to since the 70s.
as far as "rocket pollution" goes, i'd love to see where the hell you came up with the number of "1 rocket launch = annual emission of 5000 cars", because that is *completely* made up numbers pulled out of your ass. you can read more on about it at everydayastronaut's site ( everydayastronaut.com/rocket-pollution/ ) but, at worst, that number would be 500 cars...and only CO2, the least dangerous greenhouse gas. most rocket exhaust is actually *steam* because, yknow, we use hydrogen and methane as fuels these days.

    • @CsehCsaba
      @CsehCsaba 3 ปีที่แล้ว

@@koimeiji just because you don’t understand something doesn’t mean it’s not true. who said they will use cameras? you live in the past. this tech is called "God's Eye" and it will work as you could see in the movie "Batman- Dark Knight" "high frequency generator"
"tons of spy satellites in orbit." yes , each is able to cover a small area, separately, but not the entire planet at once and continously, and not all are in one hand! These are significant differences.... and even if they can peek through those windows, they can't see through the roof, they can't hear you with them, they do not have access to all existing devices from a single room. This will be changing.
"that number would be 500 cars...and only CO2, the least dangerous" well you forgetthat cars are releasing their gases at ground level, not in the upper layers and this is also significant difference. keep talking BS till pretending smartness

I also built a ship in Space engineers, it doesn't mean im some genius who knows how to build shit in space. Completely different to select a prefab part that gets automatically assembled and installed with 100% success (impossible), than to literally design and engineer an entirely new engine design using a relatively new fuel source, methalox. You literally place an adapter on your booster and BOOM, you have "ridesharing", in real life, you actually design all the mechanisms that allow that to work. You literally get free money, and there aren't consequences if you crash. In real life, you're talking about a lawsuit that could bankrupt SpaceX. Not only are they responsible for transportation, but are also liable if it fails and the clients near million dollar satellite explodes.
Lastly... you're talking about a GAME. Basically the ONLY thing it has going for it is it's realistic physics that even allow NASA employees to test designs in real time. It has none of the work, effort, and time that REAL shit requires.

I would like to be buried in the Sun (solar sail? wouldn't be in that a hurry),
would give my atoms a head start being dispersed across the cosmos than waiting to see if the red giant stage envelopes the Earth.

The content was great as I didn't know exactly how the rideshare system worked so I was about to subscribe.... When I saw the solid ad transition I subscribed immediately!

This is nuts. prices down to 150k. people buy cars that are nearly that price (and some that are more). We are RAPIDLY approaching a privatized, consumer accessible outer space.

As for "KEEPS" : There has been and never will be any working product to prevent hair loss ! It's very much like religion, making money preying on superstition and fear! 😂😂😂

A transition as smooth as his hairline, come on guys where's the smooth puns? August. September at the latest. Ten months ago Spacex was seamlessly launching thousands of satellites and landing dozens of boosters, in continuing negotiations with several government and private agencies about any and everything current and future space. Oh yes while thrumming world over her collective head with the practicality of electric--all while inventing and developing (innovating) Starship, engines up. Orbital in August. September at the latest.

    The potential downside:
"The Kessler syndrome (also called the Kessler effect, collisional cascading, or ablation cascade), proposed by NASA scientist Donald J. Kessler in 1978, is a theoretical scenario in which the density of objects in low Earth orbit (LEO) due to space pollution is high enough that collisions between objects could cause a cascade in which each collision generates space debris that increases the likelihood of further collisions. One implication is that the distribution of debris in orbit could render space activities and the use of satellites in specific orbital ranges difficult for many generations."
