He did say this is my stack. The test is a cruise/TRT dose but I agree adding anavar is not for therapy reasons. Some clinics I’ve heard of will prescribe deca but very low dose, spread out due to the long ester of deca. Some NPP would be better imo

Most "TRT" that sportsmen take isn't TRT. It's just a euphemism for sub-bodybuilding juicing. It's not like all these young, fit dudes are likely to need TRT! Remember when all the UFC guys came as as needing 'TRT' - before Dana put a stop to it. RIdiculous.
It’s not that cut and dry. He didn’t provide anavar or deca dosages so we don’t know. 250 per week test will yield different results for different people. This was the standard TRT dose for a very long time. Micro dosing deca would be enough to protect the joints a dose like 50 mg a week and only taken as needed. Same with anavar 25 mg once or twice a week will provide results. Bodybuilding dose would be 50-100 mg per day for 6 weeks.
It blows my mind. I started training BJJ in 2003, I remeber seeing all these champs Galvao, Rodolpho, Monson, Romulo Brral, Popovitch, Arona . I realize how naive I was and they were all roided out of thier minds and its crazy lol. I never heard a whisper about steroid use in my gym or anyone else I knew in the community.

I’ve been on TRT for 8 years after a motorbike accident because of the opiates I was given for pain relief caused opiates induced hypergonadism and my dose is a 100ml injection once a week. 250ml of test a week plus anavar and decca isn’t TRT that a steroid cycle
I have taken care, I'm a sports medicine physician in Brazil, of several high performing athletes who have never juiced. I've had one specific that had used in the last, but when he finally got in a great mma event he was drug free for a long time. So I don't think everyone is juicing as much as we think.
I like the honesty, but I really wish the sport would make an effort to be clean. Sucks that everyone is doing TRT;even at relatively low comp levels it is widely encountered.

But my it made my red blood cell count way to high. So this guys at 1000 and I’m sure he was never low in the first place. Wonder if he has the same problem.

250 might put some people above normal range but not all. If you don't have experience with testosterone or steroids its better to dont talk things you dont know
Yeah 250mg will put most people at double (or more) natural levels. It’s not crazy compared to what many PED users take but still makes a huge difference.
Did you guys see the response to IBJJF placing more strict testing protocols? So many athletes pulled out & protested so ibjjf never did it. I do BJJ but the community is meh.
I can only imagine how sore and beat up you'd feel from doing BJJ 2 times a day 6-7 days per week. I feel sore after 5 days in a row doing only one class a day. Just from the recovery standpoint it makes a lot of sense, strength to a much lesser degree though maybe once you're competing at that high a level where everyone has great technique, strength could be the determining factor in who wins certain positions.

Nate Diaz even famously admitted that everyone is on steroids. Other notable BJJ names in MMA, (UFC, Strikeforce in and Pride in particular) were Demian Maia, Luke Rockhold, Jose Aldo, Urijah Faber, Nogueira brothers, Matt Serra and many others, thus rendering your point about BJJ invalid. While Luke Rockhold and Urijah Faber might have been naturals, judging by their appearance, that doesn't mean they were naturals, they were just never caught.
