I just wish you had discussed your last question in bit more detail because as you mentioned the rupee is devaluing by the day and a common person does not have millions to invest in real estate. Realistically, an average person with modest savings can only invest in stock market granted they understand the basics. I would love to see more podcasts on this topic.
