Looks good , but you are cooking on wrong side of the paper the shiny side . I make it at work .the dull side is the correct side it holds thermal heat
When there's a nonstick side...that side is usually duller in appearance and the manufacturer indicates that it is the NONSTICK side. This is not nonstick foil so the dull vs shiny is just as a result of the manufacturing process. There is no "wrong" side on this foil.
PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BOX BELOW THE VIDEO FOR DETAILS. If you don't have a broiler setting on your stove, bake at 450 for 12 - 15 minutes.

Hi! I fried my hand pies, but usually 400F 20-25 minutes works for baking most puff pastry. Usually the brands have instructions on the packaging too.
