So I just made this, I must say it taste amazing. I finished mine under the grill, it didn't look as good a single the 👨🍳 salmon. Lesson if you want yours to; I imagine taste and look equally as juicy then listen to the chef. 😉🙂

Oh yes Martha I do eat the skin , it doesn’t mattter what kinda salmon .. well I guess you maybe wouldn’t wana use smoked salmon . Or any salmon that has already been cooked even partially 😉. Everything else is good . Thanks so much for watching , God bless u 😊!!
Hi , if my salmon is frozen I normally just put it in the kitchen sink & allow it to thaw out that way . Or if I’m in a hurry I put water in a container & put it in there to help it thaw faster . Or if it’s the day before I need it , I take it fr the freezer & put it in the fridge so it’ can still stay chill while it thaw . It all depends on how quickly I need the salmon . This looks delicious, was it over cooked, after 40 mins in the oven? I do not have honey at the moment, so I'm going to substitute with brown sugar. Unfortunately, I do not have an oven safe skillet so ill finish on the stove top. Hope it turn out pretty pretty like your.
Hey Jennieve , it all depends on how u like your salmon 😆 I have a friend that likes it close to raw , so for her Thai is extremely overdone . It’s fine if u don’t have the oven , yes stove top is fine ... just use the sauce & base it ( pour the sauce on it say every 2 minutes ... I’d do it on the stove top for about 15 to 20 minutes ... so I would let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes before so it gets the colour. U could also add a little paprika when u season the salmon , that helps to give it colour 😉 You got this sis 😊 Thanks so much for watching

Hey thanks for asking , it was . But everyone loves their salmon different . I have a friend that almost eats hers raw 😆& she will proudly tell u too . So this wouldn’t be for her . The thing is I did this on the lowest temp for the oven to bake . Umm but u can cut that time in half if u wish . As I’m aware we all like our food a bit different sometimes . 😊 Thanks for asking . It’s “Paste” so there is garlic paste & ginger paste . But don’t worry about that if u don’t have it . If you have a grater .. or a chopper or something that can get the ginger or garlic really finely chopped or minced up then do that . I mean you can use ur knife & chop it very fine if you want 😉. But yeah it’s basically just purée garlic & purée ginger . Thanks again I hope this helps , thanks for watching God bless you .
