How Do I Get Paid with Avon (US)

How is it fair the rep is charged for there shipping when Avon gets 75% on orders over 40$ and 100% on less then 40$? That makes no sense.

In person sales reps do charge their customers a processing fee per in person order to help cover immediate costs. Msobczak

Wow. So when they qualify for free shipping it is actually charged to me ?? I earn 25% woohoo 15$ and I pay the shipping.. yeah. Doesn't sound right or good to me. Waste of time not people friendly anymore.

It is a way to get new customers, new Business. There are special offers thruout the year for free shipping with select online purchase plus free products = try new products = possibility of new product future purchases. Msobczak

WHEN THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE PRODUCT DO THEY DELIVER THE PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMER , DOSE THE CUSTOMER CREATE THERE OWN AVON WEBSITE. GET THERE PRODUCTS THAT WAY
