He is indeed Belgian, you know why? Because it always rains here, or so we all say, but honestly, that's just an impression but hey, it's not California either. But the song is deeper than I think, last year we had a natural disaster, the east of Belgium was completely under water, all the rivers were wild and all the houses were devastated, they came from all over the country to help and rebuild, over language borders, Flemish, French and German were there to help. It's our country, always language problems, disagreements etc but when things go wrong, our unity is there, and that's what you understood in this MV and it's cool! By the way, the motto of our country is: unity make force!
