Watching from outside Little Rock Arkansas. Born and raised here, my 84 year old grandmother has very similar stories about Arkansas. Mike Tyson is the spitting image of him when it comes to telling stories. Both are really good storytellers. And they almost make it visible through the way they tell stories. It's great that mr. Monson can look back on his impressive sports performances with pleasure in his old age. Mr. Monson was naturally very powerful and strong. He also seems like a nice and pleasant man.

I met Craig Monson in Paris at Serge Nubret’s gym in … 1984 maybe 1985. At the time there was a group of American bodybuilders John Brown, Jeff King, Jeff Primm, and the huge Craig Monson. I was a regular at Nubret’s gym. I watched this guy train and he was incredibly strong. He was preparing for Wabba World in Geneva, Switzerland. I remember that the changing rooms were downstairs and Craig was posing in front of the wide mirror above two sinks, he completely blacked out the mirror. I spoke to Craig, he was a very nice guy. He said he was a hairdresser ! He also said that he preferred turkey fillets cut into cubes mixed with hot water seasoned and mixed in a blender. A turkey smoothie ! His handshake was something you never forget. . . RIP Craig and thanks for being a decent guy FACTS Craig had huge arms cut, maybe 22.5 inch cut and veins everywhere. He did not only skull crushers with 140-150kg he did seated behind the neck 130-140kg triceps for 8 reps easy. This dude was a beast, a nice guy, and the hugest bodybuilder i ever did see.

The majority of Foundational Black Americans in Los Angeles and California, in general, come from 5 main states. Louisiana Arkansas Mississippi Oklahoma Texas This is especially true if your family loaded up them Pontiacs, Fords etc and went West. Those "Green Book" travels, where our Grandaddy's, uncles etc had to have .38s and Shotguns in the car. Had them ready for racist Whites, who might try to run them off the road etc. FBAs know what im talking about.
