First sesh down the gym in Tasiilaq

  • Ok! First session done - this was just to get some videos to show Tom McPartlan - the fitness coach back in the U.K. whaddya reckon? Love/hate the rower but it always feel like I make progress. Generally do 1 x 2000m. The skier thing I’ve not used before but did 1 x 10 min alternating each minute between double and alternating arms. Crunches 1 x 100. Pushups 1 x 30. Weights - 50 of each type.
