How long it takes?

I think which means your calves are stronger which means faster runner
@@mc4952 it just means the muscle is breaking down and is trying to repair

My calves are in fire!!!
I have some family members that already had issues with twisting their feet once or twice, should I recommend this workout for them or should they avoid it?And damn!This workout does look simple but it burns halfway through until the end.
It's also something that I don't see many "calisthenics athletes" doing since they seem to focus more on the upper parts of the body.Still waiting for an arms or back workout though. #GoGorillaOrGoHome xD
They can for sure use this workout for rehab but nice and slowly.

akshay singh - Forget running, sprint intervals are far better. Better for conditioning, explosiveness, better for cardio vascular training, less impact on the knees, ankles and hips too.

I do cardio in morning and doing workout with dumbbells in evening is good in a day for weight gain for 5 days in week and I take 3100 calories with creatine and multivitamin capsules
