    i highly recommend heating up trek bars! i love them warmed up in the microwave slightly, it makes them extra delicious. my birthday isn’t for months and i’m already stressing about the cake but i’m determined to not miss out this year and let myself have at least a small slice of it

      ooooo ok i must try this! any flavour you’d recommend? and i know birthdays are so hard whether you’re struggling with the ed itself or trying to recover ! it is such a triggering & difficult time and i hear you

      i love the salted caramel, lemon or white chocolate and raspberry trek bars warm the best as the top layer melts and it’s so delicious! my support team are going to help me and nearer the time we’re going to come up with a plan to help me with it and preventing a relapse so it’s good we’re preparing for it in advance! i just want to enjoy food and life again and birthdays are supposed to be a day of celebration, and that’s exactly what im going to let mines be this year! your channel is such a comforting safe space for me, it’s nice to be able to relate to someone and these videos help keep me motivated and remind me of my goal to truly recover

    Ooh that Goodfellas vegan pizza is my fave too just the prices lately £5 here in my local shops now for it! 😂😅 Also my birthday was such a sad day before and far better now I can enjoy birthday cake etc too so relate!🎉 💖

    you said in your “reacting to my old restrictive wieiads” video that it wasn’t enough, and yet this looks similar to that…

      i’m not sure exactly how you have made that conclusion! i was still on a “meal plan” (recommended calorie range) within this video, a plan that was 3x what i was eating in some of those tiktoks! in some of them i was not even eating 2 full meals a day - whereas in this video you can clearly see i am now having 3 meals and 3 snacks. i did not show the end of the final day but i did eat a further number of snacks and dinner!! i can assure you that within this video i was eating plenty enough to nurture myself both mentally & physically.

      can see it’s a bit confusing ! i didn’t clarify at the end there i just forgot to film the rest of that day 🥲 i’d recommend following me over on tiktok (i promise this isn’t a shameless self promo) - i just post there more up to date actual full days of eating almost every day which give a more reflective picture (i think) of eating in recovery - especially now i have moved away from calorie counting to intuitive eating ♥️
