Never bought any product just because they sponsored something. Ever.

Maybe you never bought a product specifically for that reason, but it's not just about that.
Had it never been on the side of that car, you wouldn't have known about it.
It's more about getting the brand name to show up in different places to make it known rather than to sell you something on the spot because they sponsored your favorite team.
Be careful. Marketing is pretty insidious. 😜
