Compilation of important things from other comments:
- You can get scientists from MOOSE Lab.
- Build a calming station to reduce the hostile humbies.
- You have too many high priority things, which is making other important things too slow. Consider reducing the number of high priority operations.
- Level 2 Humbies require Grilled Meat, which they aren't getting and are therefore getting angry. If I understand correctly, that has to go on a Level 2 food pile.
- Zombies ignore Humbies, so have them working outside instead of scientists to reduce bad encounters.
- Zombies don't open the gates, so stop locking them. Your workers are not getting as much done as they could be because you're locking the gates.
- Send more humbies to MOOSE labs.
- Add more batteries to store enough power.
- Add more snow cannons and other similar defenses.
- Reduce the working times for the guards, they're overworked. The guard stations literally say "Lots of overtime" on them.
And, just in general, just pay more attention to detail. You get hyper focused on a single thing, and completely miss all of the important and unique mechanics that would let you actually do that single thing. Just slow down a bit and actually look at what the game is telling you.

We mentioned all these in previous episods to exspcily the calming station so idk if he just not doing what he says in The videos we keep sending feed back but ya. Good points all of these if he wont read um hear post it to his discord server wich will probably be the only way he will read it.

First,have you upgrade feeding pile? Second,did you build calming station? Third, did you change your guard cuz they might overworked?and Fourth, did you get better needs for humbies?
He hasn't even resuched the calming station but yes he dose need it
You need to build the calm station or what ever it's called you skipped it in the build when they get mad your guards just freeze them build that station they will transport them to it and it fixes their tantrums for a while instead of them being frozen and then straight back to pissed off
The Level 2 Humbies need Grilled Meat. The Normal one isnt good enough anymore

Please make a snow cannon and more snowball shooters, get rid of your extra lvl1 humbies for research
if you could just STOP LOCKING the door, they could have finished already chopping and mining those rock and tree's.
Ya idk why he dose it by defalt only allies can enter so ya it not nessarry to lock it evry time a atack comes
Simple tip I've found that if you put a small room in front of the exercise/play room and put the meat pile in there the humbies will eat more regularly and they won't be as mad as quickly

Z, you need to slow down and breathe. You panic and get fixated on normal mechanics and forget about the unique mechanics for games. Look back at your research and figure out what you haven't done for your humbies.
You didn't put new level 2 humbi food pills, that's why they get angry.
Thanks for the video and good idea for a redesign. But if I could suggest a second science lab closer to the gate that's dedicated to making teir 1 zomboys because you can send them back for more science points.

You can order more Scientists from the Moose Lab. Look at the Right next to the other Items you can order
You can send for FREE resources anytime you like, not just when you send humbies back, try and remember that too boost your materials also like every comment I've read you can get more scientists every time you go up in tier, YOU HAVE 5 AVALIABLE. On the guard situation mine was the same wouldn't move at all even with a calming station I fixed it by moving it away from the wall.
Wild Zombies ignore tamed Zombies, Get your own Tamed Zombies Working Outside
You can also set them to work during the day only, so they go back inside on their own.
EVERY Job SO FAR requires 1, count them 1 worker per shift, get one in day shift and a different person on night shift.
For instance the Zombie Treatment center II, you assigned two different people during the day, as a result one of them had to twiddle their thumbs.
Take a minute to read the ingame wiki, Because you are always in a hurry and speaking with us, and so despíte getting a LOT of information from the game, you get distracted and forget IMPORTANT and BASIC mechanics.
As others have pointed out, get more scientists from MOOSE Labs, and get rid of at least a dozen Tier 1 Humbies, you have too many people, and you need to prioritize jobs based on needs
Check the wiki for Dietary Requirements, and build enough Greenhouses for the personnel you have
Higher level equipment is ALWAYS better, for instance the different exercise machines, get the BEST one ONLY, it will fill their need FASTER, so they spend LESS time working out.
Get a higher level bed, feeding pile, Toy Table, and so on.
Deactivate 1 or two Furnace I, so you have them as backup, then upgrade the rest, Furnace II are more efficient.

if you lose a scientist you can can a another one with the helicopter also you get more when you upgrade your research

Night shift for humbie is better.
And because ex zombie, they love eat "meat",and you have 24 humbie, so build many canteen close to where they work (sparated from human). Humbie lv2 have different food and plate. And make sure your transport team cover whole save area, so fozen angrie humbie can sent to calming station

I had to start a new game because my scientist was going to get a iced zombie but he stopt moving, Notting worked on him to move or do something again.
