In the beginning, you lost 8 troops to try and get more territories and only got one more territory. It's better to keep those territories, so if some of them stay alive, you have another position on the board and better lines for kills, and it makes you harder to kill if you become the fish..

In wich you'll maintain your position. You can't forget that the amount of number of portions you have also give you additional troop bonuses. Wich I know ya know that but something to consider when over attacking like ya did, cuz it could be counter intuitive. Really it's all a gamble.

6:12 classic novice error you shouldn't do that, as it would escalate into a fight that in that case, you where the only loser. You should be just behind the territory and if he break, you only have lost 1 and you can retaliate on the go
you cannot just say "45 minutes of stalemating later" and put down 900 troops on a single territory 💀

Especially 2's and 3's, they also make it more difficult for your opponents to get bonuses, and path.
Common mistake. 4v1 and up is almost a lossless win. All you were doing is giving those territories to anyone with a troop to put there.
