    just remember guys play the thirds of a triad and invert them :) also play the i and ii chords to get that gospel "thing"

    I have been trying to spice up Bring it on Home to Me. I will try these triads on it. There is such a shortage of lessons on 12/8. Glad I stumbled on your gospel video.

    Great videos! I'm having a hard time with the first slide you do on the first song, starting at about 03 seconds. Does it just take practice? I can't seem to hear the high "e" on the slide up!

      It's a bit easier if you have the shape ready before you slide. Practice it slowly to make sure that all of the notes ring. Good luck!

    Andy. This is terrific. Easy to understand concept-alternating between the I major chord and the ii minor. And instantly useful, as I work this into the different I chord shapes.
    I wonder whether there’s a similar kind of tool for minor keys. Or for bluesy seventh-y sounds.
    Your vids are excellent, well recorded and with your flawless guitar playing.
    And thanks for offering free chord tabs.
