2 questions: 1 - what type of pen is a BTG pen? 2 - what are the BTGs theories on too many pockets and therefore losing track of what pocket you put something in? Rufus’s bag seems great but I’d be curious how many times he’s forgotten what he put in which pocket. Tbh I’m considering the Patagonia backpack now! It might be time to upgrade from my current Patagonia backpack.
We will doing an episode on Big Time Pens so stay tuned, lots of options in the pen world and use case is super important. As for Rufus’s memory not only is it like an elephant but consistency is the key. He always puts the same things in the same pockets. If that does not work for you we suggest labeling the pockets!
It appears that your idea of EDC differs from mine. I carry items that are more than just convenience items, that will serve a purpose should circumstances dictate a need and I can't just get in my car and go home to get them. I guess what I'm saying is that my EDC isn't just a purse.
That sounds awesome, we find it hard to balance keeping it simple and being prepared. The one lesson we have learned and would try to tell anyone that at the end of the day if something is bulky or not easy to carry you will eventually get tired of doing it. Our first line being our pockets/jackets, next being the bag and then finally the vehicle give us a framework. Be interested to know what you carry on your person every day and how long you have been doing it.
@@BigTimeGuys Every day going out the door: wallet, flashlight [ Streamlight Pro Tac 2AA ], folding knife, cell phone, Leatherman Skeletool, Sig Sauer P 229 and spare mag or P 365 and spare. Surefire G2X. Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack with assorted items [ 2 water bottles, snacks, 550 cord, wet wipes, multi-tool, spare batteries, Gorilla tape, and IFAK attached ]. Assorted OTC meds and boo-boo kit. Sounds like a lot of stuff, but I've made a decision that I'm not going to be caught without these things should a problem arise.
Awesome video guys! 🙌
Thank you! What was your favorite part?
