You happen to be one of the most savage TH-cam producers I've yet to happen across. And the fact that you're doing tuts on the slept on goats, with Supertask and Charles (Rest in heaven, King), makes you on a completely different level than any of these other dudes out there. I have a question, and I hope it's not presumptuous or offensive, as I really am big on your stuff, but I'm so curious why you aren't like, chasing the whole music stardom thing. Touring, festivals, etc etc. You clearly have more ability than a lot of the people in the scene. FFS, I watched a Ray Volpe track breakdown last week, and mind you, this guy is on tour, plays big festivals, the whole nine yards, and I kid you not, everything he used was out of virtual riot presets thrown into some multieffect like thermal or portal. The guy couldn't even explain how he had achieved the sounds he used on the songs that he had allegedly made. I was shocked, man, but then again not really, as there's a lot of people who seem to be just capitalizing on the fact that the barrier to entry for certain electronic genres is comparatively low. But then here you are, perfectly capable of not only making your own dope music, but able to explain what others are doing just from having heard it. So ya, this comment got long-winded, but I'm legit curious about your take on the music business. I could be totally off base, and you might not want to be doing all of those other things, being the next subtronics or other fill in the blank who gets a hand up from dub daddy excision. So I was just hoping you might give your thoughts on the music business, from the perspective of an electronic musician. To me, it seems like the best time ever to be trying to get a career in electronic music, with so many festivals, and people raving in every city on Earth, but it's very possible that I need to have my hopes tempered, and you might be the guy to do it lol. If you've made it this far, know that I really appreciate you taking the time, my friend. I def eff with your production, dude. Thank you for sharing all of this knowledge. I would also be interested in knowing how you got where you are as a thug. Did you go to music college? Self taught? Any guidance for really how to level up would be greatly appresh'd. Stay up bruh
Yo all your videos are top notch! I really appreciate you taking the time to make these! Any chance you could make a VCTRE tutorial? Maybe a Shanghai Doom tutorial?
Great video as usual! If you take suggestions, I'd love to see your take on Kalya Scintilla, or in general psychedelic glitch, like Ovoid or Whitebear. Cheers!
"Hello this is Bunting, you read the title"... yeah I'm gonna stop you right there and let you know that I don't actually read your titles, I just click them and view since I know they quality and also cuz I can't actually read.
