    vital is so intuitive and unexpectedly modular. I love it and the fact that it's free and many people make free presets just makes it so good for young and broke producers.

    You’ve inspired me to try out vital and I’m pretty sold on it. It’s crazy how easy it is to pull out interesting sound and the modulation is so seamless.
    Could you do some Dubamine or more “real dubstep” type bass tutorials? It would also be cool to see your process for actually fitting your sounds into a mix/ balancing your sounds across the frequency cut spectrum.

    Bunting how long did the arrangement and automations you just walked us through take? Are you spending 30 minutes experimenting with each and every bass you make? I’m just trying to understand with the limitless possibilities of the basses how your work flow doesn’t suffer coming up with 6 different basses

    • @BuntingMusic
      @BuntingMusic  2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      it doesn't take me too long, but i don't worry about the workflow suffering because this is sound design heavy music - the cool sounds are the workflow no matter how long it takes
      if thats not your vibe then just make alot of presets or a bunch of samples

    • @BuntingMusic
      @BuntingMusic  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Will consider doing a vid on this, but for now
      Generally it sounds like a typical lowpass wobble with a bit of resonance
      But the vocal character is likely coming from a formant filter underneath the lowpass or a general formant-y sound achieved through different harmonics, fms, or wavetables and shifted over time
