I mean, as an out of towner who may or may not be thinking about relocating, I've watched the whole video and still have NO IDEA what country, province or state this is in! In order to even get a general idea, I had to go into investigation mode by looking in the description area, finding the tel # to the brokerage, then searching online for the area code to find out at least where the brokerage firm might be located! With searching for a new home being such a time consuming process, wouldn't it have made sense not to make potential customers have to search for that information? After all, if you aren't detail oriented in your marketing, that would make someone wonder how much attention you'd pay to details in other matters.
