I don't think I would want them to eliminate the story mode quest line because the end result is an enchanted rune harbinger's crest that can be used for 619 crafted gear.
I agree this is a nice boon to be able to get the rune so easily, however, you’re going to drop $100k plus on mats to get nearly anything made and it’ll be obsolete in a month. I did it on one character and said “screw it” for the rest. Hardly seems worth it

6 tabs of my guild bank are empty. 6 tabs filled to the brim with reagents and items from all expansions. Lots of primals, motes, crystalized shit, everything - gone. Also mounts from events, stacks of marks for Shatrath reputation, Hodir tokens... This wipes 20 years of collecting items. I'm beyond mad.
I had 95% (or more ) of my guild bank removed and they didn't restore anything so I'm pretty sure they just fixed the issue and "tried" to restore the items without actually putting much effort into it
Is there a way to see how many more of a particular activity I need to do to hit the next tier level for vault rewards? For example, let’s say I have unlocked the hero tier for completing 4 level 8 delves some time during the week, but by the end of the week, I can’t remember if I’ve done 6 or 7 of these delves to upgrade the final slot in the vault to hero. Is there somewhere that shows that I’m at 6/8 level 8 delves completed or are we just supposed to keep track of it ourselves?
click Group Finder, select Delves, click Great Vault and hover cursor over the tabs. just make sure that you do enough Delves to counter the fact that you did World Events for Keys.
Why would u need that other than for one specific achivement? U get 4 bountyful per day. And all delves have 3 variants. It all rolls around to not keep things stale😊

Ah yes, the great vault only gives max level gear. Fortunately even if you dont open the bank for a while but get credit week after week the vault will still hold the gear. You'll just open the vault multiple times.
From the looks of it, Blizzard restored next to nothing for affected guild banks. You're lucky if you got a couple stacks of old cloth or something. Things like xmog, pets, mounts, legacy items are completely gone. And not only is there no communication from Blizzard, they're actively locking threads of people asking about what's going on, including the megathreads with thousands of replies.
Blizzard already said everything there's to say about it in a blue post. They're not magicians they can't magically make destroyed items appear when they have no data on what has been destroyed.
Almost literally holding my breath that my guild bank items get mailed. Will be a severe gut punch to just lose all those millions of gold worth of stuff. Certainly will never use the guild bank again.
What do you mean with “better” loot? 7s aren’t too hard at 610 so you can farm hero gear and gear up. Then try to push for 10s to get Myth in vault if you’re not raiding Mythic.
100% ive been doing m+ since legion and this is the worst state its ever being, the community is already toxic AF, dungeon rotation is trash, dungeon balance is all over the place, and the seasonal affix is just plain garb... this season will be dead faster than DF s4 lmao, my advice if you dont have a guild or friend group just push as far as you can feel confortable and do delves 8s are mostly a cakewalk and can drop 616 hero loot in the vault or 610 hero at the end with a random token you can loot....
Ahh yes the season where u can easily clear keys that gives hero track gear the first week of a season that will last a few months needs a buff.... get out of here
The recent addition of delves and world events to the vault means introducing it to A TON of existing players that have never used it before. Plus any players new to the game.

Im not saying delves can't drop good gear, what I'm saying is that to get heroic lvl gear from M+ you have to do at least a 7+ which most can't do right now. But get a map and you get a guaranteed heroic piece for a 8 delve which is easier than a +3 key lol. It seems like every new mode they come up with undermines the previous. M+ made raiding pointless unless your Mythic Raiding which most don't. Now delves make M+ pointless unless you're running 10s. They need to rebalance all 3 tbh.

Go to the great vault during the week, and hover over the spots. It should tell you do a certain level delve to increase the ilvl
