    I need this on repeat! I’m 62, Christian, married and have never been able to complete Mirror work or truly love myself. Thank you for sharing! I will not give up, though, I promise!

    I dont agree with the output example. Ive known people who had major depressive disorder and loved people WAY moore then they loved themselves. Selflessness does not come from selfishness
