The 2606H is for me, but it will be a few years before I can take payments. You have my dream machine!
Your setup is exactly what I would get here, and maybe a 72 in harrow, 2 bottom plow, I have a nice box blade all ready. I will put a note on the refrigerator and begin to pray, all I can do for now. Mean while, I will nurse along my '75 MF 150.

I'm interested in a 2606 H as well very nice sounds good. I found one in Arkansas for a decent price. When I get back from deployment I wanna get one.
All the 2600H Series are great machines. There are differences in standard equipment specs so check each model to get what you need. We sell lots of the 2605H and 2607H for the value and options you get. Make sure you buy from you local dealer. The selling dealer is who is responsible for Warranty Service and helping answer questions and maintaining your tractor.

I’m considering a 2606 for where I work as a groundskeeper. We currently have a 2001 kubota 58hp and a JD5075e cab, and I plan to get rid of both for one tractor. The cab is nice, but a pain for mulching with a door or anything requiring a lot of on and off. Not to mention the many many sensor issues we’ve had with the JD causing it not to come out of Neutral. I’d love this 2606 with a grapple, pallet forks, auger, and maybe backhoe if this model comes with one.
We sell several open station tractors to customers for the same exact reason, When they need to get on/off the tractor numerous times like fence building or opening gates and other tasks. We have be very impressed with the Reliability of Massey Ferguson and we have traded numerous competitive brands in because of that. 2606H can customized with 3rd Function on the loader for Grapple work, Pallet Forks are an option. Post Hole digger can be added on the 3 Point or Loader Mounted too. 2600H series can have 3 Point Style Backhoe added also, the hitch is heavy enough for that.
That is a beautiful simple tractor. Id take one.

Very nice. Looking to add a big brother for my 1971 Massey 135. I think the 4wd 2607H would be a great addition. Several things "sold" me on this tractor...but the two big ones were the metal hood and the engine built from the Perkins blueprints. What's the ballpark price on these?

looked at a 2607h new couple days ago in batavia ny, more interested in a 2605 but this is same tractor , why wouldnt 3pt go down without weight on it, raise was good, going down nothing, unless sales guy was sitting on it, i went back today . sunday , knowing no sales guy would be around ,
looking for like a speed dial or something but nothing. everything else on tractor seemed top notch, little confused on exhaust set up without the regen crap but awesome tractor, gonna start working on numbers for a 2605h soon
There are a few feature difference between the 2607H and 2605H like Number of Rear Remotes is one of the items and Planetary Drives. 2605H is one rear remote and direct drive whereas the 2607H has 2 sets rear remotes and Outboard Planetary Drives. In cold weather with thick oil and brand new with fresh paint on everything the linkage is stiff and often requires a little assistance until it gets broke in with no weight on the three point to lower. This is common in all manufacturers and models they need a little weight to lower arms especially in the winter until paint gets looser and oil gets warmer too.
It would be nice if you guys had a dealer ship down here in McDonough ga. Some 18 or 20 years ago you had one . But the dang orang tractor took over . And that was 4 miles from me . But I did get a new massage, that dealer is hour an half from my house . That’s a shame. And know one down here will work on it. And that very bad.

I have this tractor and absolutly love it, I only wish I had bought it sooner! I am concerned about cold weather starts. Can you tell me what block heater to use and where it needs to be installed?
Coolant Heaters are available from AGCO Parts. Contact your dealer parts department and they can get one for you. It will install in one of the freeze plug ports on your engine.
What price range are these tractors?
$19,000 to $40,000 Range depending on Cash Rebate Program versus Low Rate Finance Program 2wd versus 4wd, Tractor Only or with Loader.
I bought this tractor a few months ago and just got around to buying a brush hog. I'm happy with the tractor so far but I can't seem to figure out how to raise and lower the 3 point hitch. According to the manual it seems as though you just move the position lever up or down but when I do nothing happens. The pto will engage and the loader works fine and the tractor is brand new so I don't think anything is broken. Is there something I'm doing wrong or missing?
Where is your position control lever. Make sure it is in Position Control Not Constant Pumping Position. Also make sure the Draft Control Lever in in the Full Down Position. If Draft Control in up position it may limit the depth the implement will lower. Best advice put Depth Control lever (Outside) in Maximum Down, and have Position Control Lever (Inner) in Position/Transport Range. Use the Position Lever to Raise/Lower Implement. Transport will be max height. Lower into the Position you want to maintain height.
Got a question Doug, so I have a 2605 2wd and 38hp. I got 6ft bush hog last year the tractor already has the rear tires stance out and also the front axle as well can I take the front wheels and flip them around? Or will it be to much on the front wheel bearings?
Front Axle is adjustable to 68"...but I can not confirm the load on the switching the front wheels. I would recommend contacting AGCO Answers they can give you the official answer on that information from AGCO Service.
Can you put a backhoe on the 2605. Can't find a backhoe listed on Massey Fergusons web site that says it works on the 2605. I'm looking to purchase a utility and really like the 2605 but I need a backhoe. Thank you.
You could use a 3 Point Backhoe. Massey Ferguson does not build one but there are many manufacturers that offer 3 Point Mounted Backhoes. The Smaller Tractors require SubFrame Mounted Backhoes and why Massey Ferguson offers backhoes for those tractors because they are integrated into the tractor framework.
2607H and does it come with a back hole attachment? But a 2607H is what I’m aiming for. I’m going to start building a house for my family and I need a dependable tractor. John Deere and New Holland is what I’m looking into but man! These Massey is definitely getting my intentions! I’m from NM I need a hardworking tractor that will dig and grade and load and move dirt for my house.
The Massey Ferguson 2600H Series can use a 3-Point Mounted Backhoe due to the heavier lift arms and housings they use. There are many After-Market Backhoes you could choose from and not required to buy a model specific backhoe from the Tractor Manufacturer.

We don't have many commercial customers for any of our Massey Series. But the 2600H series have been very dependable, the ones we have sold. The Transaxle is very similar to the 100 Series that has legendary reliability with new Engine and some upgrades over the years. What are you wanting to do with it?
I’m looking to put a forestry cage on one and cut right of ways, I may have to look into the larger 2600h depending on which cutter I decide on, the non DEF is what caught my attention and the beefy build
I have seen the 4700 Global Series with Forest Cage.. Think Guardian is installing them with Cabs out west for the Nut Orchards. They use lots of 4700 Global Series on Highways. 4707 is non DPF and Non-DEF.
Can the wheels be reversed or adjusted for more width?
The Wheel Center and Rims have several positions that can be adjusted to set the wheel spacings on these tractors. That is part of our Pre-Delivery process is to set the wheels where the customer desires the initial set-up.

The whole tractor is tremendous I love it but the mudguard look like half it should cover the whole tyres... Could you please tell me how we can import 2607 and at which price Along with delivery to Pakistan because here they are producing mf 240,260,375,385 with poor quality material and looting the farmers....

Yes you can add Solenoid 3rd Function Kit from Massey Ferguson to this loader.
