DYS Smart 3 axis gimbal- flickering/crackling led.

When powered up occasionally the top green led which is next to the small red led starts to flicker and crackle. Other times it is static and not flashing/flickering. Is this normal?

I just got my smart gimbal and not happy of its performance out of the box. according to the manual, if green light is flashing there is something wrong. you might have to recalibrate ACC and GYRO. Mine stopped flashing after I did that. The other board at the very bottom flashes which is normal
