Further to my comment below, I am a designer/artist. Post modern architecture & much of its design is totally lacking in any aesthetic effect & is totally bereft of soul. There are many examples of this, liberally spread throughout the UK. Like a pestilence a plague on the sophisticated eye.
You don't understand what Postmodern architecture is. It's not Brutalism, for a start. Indeed, Portmeirion is considered to be one of the precursors of Postmodern architecture. Though Clough Williams-Ellis was friendly with a lot of British Brutalist architects.
