Haha you’re getting the right idea! Right now I’m scripting a video about a municipality with a very special festival that I hope you’ll like. As far as I know, there’s a pineapple festival in La Parguera, Lajas! 😄🙌🏼🇵🇷
Haha I haven’t been to Mardi Gras, but I would say it’s similar in that the street is full of people having a good time and music blasting everywhere. No bead throwing and no indecent exposure though 😂😂😂
I live in New Orleans. We unexpectedly discovered SanSe last year when our trip just happened to coincide with it. We had a great time~ but aside from the crowds of people, it's not really like Bourbon Street. The festival had much more of a community feel~ and it seemed to be more of a locals event than a tourist event. Everyone was having fun and celebrating. Bourbon Street is generally fileld with tourists ~ not really celebrating anything together. Some are just out drinking. Some are celebrating their own thing. San Se was more like Mardi Gras outside of the French Quarter~ where people are celebrating the same thing together, and there are food carts/stands and music, and community...not just looking for a reason to drink.
Wepa, looks like a great time!
Thank you!! It really is a blast! Lots of music, food, and dancing!

Gracias a ustedes por fomentar nuestra cultura! 🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷
Very cool! Is this party in January similar to the party on Bourbon street in New Orleans? I mean, similar in fun like thowing beads?
