Well bro i have pulsar180 ug4 2012 model my meter has a strange prblm when i start my bike and drive it for like few km then just it's spedometer and it's light work,but nothing of digital console work nor nuteral lght wrk nor passing light work just stand like work ,but at morning wheni put keys in my bike nd on the meter nothing work nor speedometer light nor anything totally blnk but after 4 or 5 minutes just speedometer wrk nd nothing else

It's a known issue for me ,when I was in B-TEC in year of 2007 I had a new pulser 150 ,firstly lunch by bajaj ,DTS i variant ,that time I was found same issue , so it occurred due to bad rectifier ,how it damage your electronic and electrical system recently I have preparing for making video on this topic so you will get your answers in few days ,

Thank you for comment ,this kind of issue generally occurred due to water inside the meter case during pressure wash or heavy rainfall means present of water inside the meter could be damage your power management IC ,thank you

Ji accurate number lagana chahiye kunki ismain low voltage ke karan display section ko proper voltage mil nahi rahithi jiske wajaha se number proper display nahi hopatithi,lekin aurbhi bajha hai , jaiseki cristal kharab honepe vi isi tarhaki fault ati hai ,logic ic kharab hone pebhi isi tarha ki fault atihai , aur diplay kharab hone pebhi isi tarhaki faults atihai ,
To phle main regulator ic ko chek karein ki proper 5 volts aur 8 volts nika rahi hai ki nahi auske baad baki components ko chek karein joki display section main lagi hai.

Ji agar blank display hai aur light aarehi hai to logic section/display section main voltage droop ho rahi hai iske bajah se display kaam nahi kar raha hai.

Simply if you have little bit of knowledge about electronic components and it's pin out than you will be solve your issue yourself,missing generally occurred due to voltage drop in power management ic, any digital speedo meter have 5 section the missing digit is problem of display voltage section ,chek 5 volt pin no 14 of main ic if less than 5 volt you found than change 2 resistor near pin no 14 , resistor value in smd 473 in general resistor vale are 47 kilo ohms just change these two resistor ,your issue will be solve.thank you
