We had a 1980 Pro Mac 10-10. It was the family saw. Dad would borrow it off his dad and we would go and get firewood. It was a great saw. We got rid of it about 10 years ago because we didn’t know how to fix it. We sold it cheap. Knowing what I know now, I could fix it easily. What I would pay to get that family saw back in my hands. 10x what I sold it for.
So let's play ------ just letting you know I got that Pro Mac 700 I spoke to you about on that Saturday live feed . The mower shop got it for one bill and he started it then sit it down . I got it about two weeks later and I pulled the choke out didn't even use the decomp and it fired up on first pull . It was a little cold nature for a bit when giving it fuel but after that all good probably needs carb adjustment or rebuilt . I traded three Mac 3200 and one 3500 and one 3818 I restored all of them . He's already moved one haven't talked to him to see if he moved anymore .
Quote from New Life news letter: Take The Time Poor is he who works with a negligent and idle hand, but the hand of the diligent makes him rich. Proverbs 10:4 If you’re going to do something, give yourself time to do it. Is it really so great to have it all right now, or to do it all right now? When you drive somewhere, leave early. Avoid the frustration and anger which come from being delayed by traffic. Enjoy the pleasant feeling of arriving early, relaxed and confident. When you must meet a deadline, start early, give yourself more than enough time to finish the project, and complete the work ahead of schedule. In your own mind, move the deadline a couple of days earlier. Your work will be much better if it is not rushed at the last minute. Give yourself the time you need to accomplish the things you want. Maintain a healthy sense of urgency, but avoid the panic and frustration of a last-minute rush. You’ll get more done and you’ll be more effective, when you take the time to do it right. Father in heaven, forgive us for waiting till the last minute instead of taking the time to do things right. Help us to shift away from the attitude that says if it’s due tomorrow, I will do it tomorrow. Help us to steward our time and what we need to do so we don’t get stressed and produce a subpar job. In Jesus name, AMEN! Never do tomorrow what you can do today. Procrastination is the thief of time.
Quote from New Life newsletter: Be Sincere Since by your obedience to the truth you have purified yourselves for a sincere love of the believers, [see that you] love one another from the heart [always unselfishly seeking the best for one another]. 1 Peter 1:22 There is a world of difference between someone who really cares, and someone who is just going through the motions. When you deal with someone who truly, sincerely cares about what they’re doing, it is obvious right away. Whether it is brain surgery, selling tires, cooking a meal, designing a computer or presenting a business opportunity, the person who is committed to providing true value, will always do a better job. Someone who is simply going through the motions might be able to get by for a while but will eventually run into an obstacle that his or her superficial “programming” is unable to overcome. If you’re not sincere in what you do, then you’re under the control of someone or something other than yourself. When you are sincere, you put the best of yourself into your work, and that is a proven path to success. Find a way to care. Find a way to be truly sincere. It will make all the difference in the world. Father in heaven, today we are learning what a difference being sincere can make. As our faces differ so do the things we have to do, but one thing is universal, we must do it with care. Whether great or small, whatever the task and whoever it is we interact with, help us to truly care. In Jesus name, AMEN! Sincerity is the highest compliment you can pay.
